Welcome to the unofficial home of the "Rat Fink Ring".  If you are a child of the 60's, especially you boys, you probably remember these cool little rings.

These "rings" actually consisted of two parts.  The first was the actual rat figure, and the 2nd part was the ring base.  The rat fink figure had a hole in its back which could be attached to a post on the ring base.  So, if you were wearing one of these cool rings in school, while the teacher wasn't looking you could detach the fink from the ring and play with it.  Ohhh.... such fun!!

I am an avid collector of the Rat Fink Ring, but I don't collect any other Rat Fink items.  Rat Fink, created by the late, great Ed "Big Daddy" Roth, was and still is a huge cult following.  Big Daddy created many custom cars in the 60's and 70's, and many people became huge fans of his.  There are literally thousands of different Rat Fink items.

Despite this, I only collect the rings.  I never really got into the culture of Rat Fink, I just really liked this cool ring toy when I was a 7 year old kid.  Stuff you like when you are a kid really sticks with you.
